I was really nervous and apprehensive as I didn’t have a good experience at another bridal store, but as soon as I walked in the staff made me feel so comfortable and put me right at ease! The customer service was absolutely amazing, I loved every moment of the appointment! Sophia who helped me find my dress was so welcoming, very helpful, had great knowledge of stock and was just so friendly I felt at ease i was being looked after. There were so many beautiful dresses to choose from, but I was in such good hands I was able to say yes to the dress. Thank you again so much!
